HY 100 Military High Strength Steel
Hy-100 is a High Strength Steel. This quenched and tempered martensitic steels Ni-Cr-Mo alloy grades meet 100 ksi (690 Mpa) yield strength levels with a transverse dynamic tear test requirements at -40°F (-40°C) of 500 ft-lbs. (678J). Hy 100 is producted to 6 inches (152mm) thick.
