5083 H116 Aluminum
5083 H116 is an alloy used for high strength welded applications, with excellent marine environment corrosion resistance. It has a superior “skin finish” developed to prevent skin lamination, thus providing even better resistance to inter-granular corrosion than alloy 5083 H321. It has higher Tensile and Yield strengths than Alloy 5086 but less than 5456.
